Some of Jonathan's Early Dishes






Jonathan started school in May 2006 at the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute in St. Paul, MN. He chopped, diced, steamed and braised for 8 hours a day for 12 months, not to mention writing papers, studying and, of course, eating. A lot.

From the Top...Chef

This smiling guy here is Jonathan Kerslake, on his way to becoming the world's next great Chef. Jonathan began his journey to chef-dom by quitting his job in Davenport, IA, to enroll in the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute and moving to St. Paul, Minnesota to complete his culinary degree in 2006.
